Kim has a wonderful habit of sharing the gospel wherever she goes. Here she demonstrates one of her many creative ways of doing simple yet effective gospel evangelism. With a chunk of sidewalk chalk she keeps in the car, Kim has been known to write a bible verse or two particular to the gospel on city sidewalks and park pathways.
On this occasion, we were in a park enjoying our church picnic last Lord's Day when Kim decided to present John 3:16 for passersby to notice. It was encouraging to watch people slow down and/or stop and read the passage on the pathway.
And until the next time it rains, many will unexpectedly come across this word from God that could very well touch their hearts in a way that might some day lead them to their salvation through Christ, should it be His will to do so.
Jesus said, "No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him, and I will raise him up on the last day." John 6:44
God ignites His saving grace through all kinds of wonderful ways, even in the simplest of forms of "street" evangelism.
